September 23, 2015 witnesses t★©βhe 13^th anniversary of the establish÷ γment of AEC. Our company has held a seri ♣>σes of activities to cδ≈&γelebrate this special day and further to enhanc☆§×e the cohesion and soli∏ darity among company members and those teamwork♥<♣< games includes tug-≤α€±of-war, celebration party, products-related ♣♦♠PKs, etc.  

Product Protection Games 

In order to celebrate the 13^th anniversary of AEC, the higher officials±¶¶  decided to hold a pr>₩₽←oduct protection game with a theme oε​♠'f I Love My Produ λcts during September 1^st~ October 9^th. This game is planned b↓→↓y the HR dept., executed by the'∞ production dept. and participated by all worλ♣Ω≠kers in the workshops. It aimφ‍↑•s to raise workers’ awareness of product ₹↑protection to decrease the product scrapping r↑'δΩate due to poor appea©↕rance as well as increase the yieldiλ♣•βng rate. Currently, all participants do '‍&©their best to gain the vict÷ε≠φory.

Tug-of-war

On September 22, an interesting t‍♦δug-of-war, led by heads of all depts., ♦π♦was held in the football court. Before the✔¶♠ game starts, every voted for the te✔®am of would-be champion and speak out our share&☆©d slogan—Believe in selves, believe in×✔→♥ the team.

After several rounds of fi‌ >÷erce competition, team 4 led by Sales Manag≈$er won the first prize, and team 1, blac©∞₹ k horse of the game, w★↑←γon the second place and the persiste±∏nt team 5 led by the Prod♣ ≤uction dept. ranked the third.&→≤★∑nbsp;

This game plays a great role in enhancing team¥↔work of all members. Nobody gives himλ©σself or the team up even in the hard∞£est time and everyone¥λ≈¶ demonstrates the enthusiasm, devotion and persis÷‌₽ tence which should be kept a$©≠<ll the time.
