AEC's Corporate Social Responsibilities

With the economic development, AEC pays ≈→π÷much more attention to perform its social res★±γponsibilities by setting up t±Ωhe wholesome systems to safegua'δrd the legitimate rights✔↔®♣ and interests of laborers according to th≥₹→φe requirements of El∑≤✘ectronics Industry Code of Conduct (EICC). In rec×↑♦¶ent years, our company ÷εhave invested a lot to better t∑±he working and living conditions for our≥$♥ workers, and hold colorful entertainment to₩↔ enrich their after-w¥‍‌←ork life. 


1. CSR system

AEC compiled its own version of CSR mana♣₩§→gement system under the←ε guidance of SA8000 and has carried it ₹≥ out strictly. 


2. Safety Management
AEC established its safe production committee an↓™d signed the safety officer. The safe↓∏$₽ty officer shall arrange the safety inspection ✔π±periodically to prevent hidden risks as well as↕‌→> the safety training and the fire fi₽§£>ghting drill.
2.1   Installing fire fighting f↓¶₹acilities
In February 2007, AEC plants p✔δ©assed the fire control insσσpection conducted by the H≤γuadu Branch of Guangzhou Public Security Bureau.α‌ At the end of 2015, it installed a fire¥★ automatic alarming system as a ♥ supplement to the fire con<φφδtrol system. 
2.2 Highlighting the safety×"> management and internal'‌  training
With the aid of the local government, AEC d→→isseminated the fire f>•♣ighting tips in the surrounding communities to ×♥teach them self-rescuinεΩ∞g.   

3. Occupational health

AEC went through the assessment of GB/T28001-2011₽​  (OHSAS18000: 2007.IDE) occupationa↔¶l health and safety man>↕agement system in 2013 and have kept inv&¥→esting in improving workers’ living aλ↔πnd working environment. It is conducted annual'≠ly to arrange the physical examination for all l£γ≥aborers and assess tγ$he environment.


4. Tender Loving Care for Staff∞$₹ members

4.3 Arranging parentin‌₹÷×g activities for staff members wh★₩ich emphasizes education of the next generaα₩ππtion, and solving the children schooling prob÷φ✔"lems for the migrant workers. 
4.4 Offering multiple promotion ≈✘↑ways for elites as well as suitable living cond§‍₽ition, e.g. the company-funded apa​<rtment for elites.
